In 2019 Andreoli & C. launched the new CNC milling department thanks to the purchase of the Mazak VTC-760C vertical machining centre, with the aim of shortening production times and expanding the range of in-house machining processes.
With this mechanical machining process used for modelling many geometries, surfaces, dimensions and materials, Andreoli & C. has made an investment that responds to today’s market demands, adapting to the needs of a wide range of projects.
Mazak VTC-760C has a number of features that ensure high precision and increased productivity, including:
- vertical machining centre with moving column equipped with a Mazak high power spindle (12,000 rpm and 18.5 kW);
- a new completely redesigned base measuring 2300mm x 760 mm for loading pieces weighing up to 1,400 kg, for easy processing of large pieces, even larger than the table surface, or protruding from it;
- MAZATROL SmoothG next generation numerical control with graphic interface and exclusive support functions;
- linear roller guides, axis drive (Axes X 1740mm – Y 760mm – Z 660mm), 48 tools.
